Local Beverage Community (LBC) is a small, independent Sydney drinks company offering a full suite of go-to-market capabilities to alcohol brands, startups, out-of-state brands, and solo founders who want an expert sales-and-operations team without building one in-house. Their reps already sell some of Australia's most exciting indie RTD brands, and LBC opens that network to a select few like-minded brands.
What I Did
I built the brand from the ground up and wrote the copy and designed the website across Home, Services, and Contact. The positioning challenge was making a B2B service feel like a community rather than an agency, so the messaging leads with invitation ("Your brand is invited") and reassurance (control, flexibility, transparency), then segments the audience clearly into Startups, Localized Brands, Sole Proprietors, and Creators.
On the copy side, I translated a complex, nuanced service offering, Core Field Support, Operations Support, Strategic & Creative, into plain, confident language that tells small brands exactly what they get and why it's cheaper than going in-house. The site design carries that warm, credible, independent tone through every section.
